Man Utd monitoring this goalkeeper as replacement for Onana

Manchester United appeared to be on the lookout for a new goalkeeper to replace Andre Onana.

This comes as the Cameroon star struggles at Old Trafford and has led to speculation that the Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag might be planning to replace him already.

Onana has conceded 47 goals in his 30 matches for Man United this season, with 15 of those coming in six Champions League matches, which saw them crash out at the group stage after finishing at the bottom.

While Ten Hag and Man Utd have continued to defend Onana, they may already be looking for a replacement.

A recent report via Italian newspaper QuotidianoSportivo has warned Lazio to ‘look out’ for ‘sirens’ on Ivan Provedel, who demands improved terms on his contract.

While the 29-year-old goalie has more than three years remaining on his current deal, he is dissatisfied with his salary.

Man United are said to be monitoring the situation to know whether to make a move for him.
