Man Utd midfielder to leave in January

Manchester United midfielder Donny van Beek has been tipped to leave Old Trafford in the upcoming January transfer window.

This claim was made by popular football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on the YouTube channel The United Stand.

Romano claimed that the Dutch star will secure a permanent transfer away from Manchester United in a bid to get regular playing time elsewhere.

Romano said: “Donny will leave in January for sure. He has to and he wants to because he wants to play.

“It’s a shame because Donny wanted to play for United; he loved this opportunity, but at the same time, he is never playing.

“He also knows after the injury he needs regular football. He can’t stay on the bench for a long time.”

Van Beek has been left out of the Red Devils squad since he recovered from his long-term injury.

So far the season,  the midfielder who joined Man Utd from Dutch side Ajax has made only 2 appearances.
