Man Utd could sign another goalkeeper

Manchester United have started the season poorly despite making some new signings.

In a recent report, the club’s manager, Erik ten Hag, is said to be making moves to add a new goalkeeper to his squad before the summer transfer window closes in another 11 days.

Ten Hag has been linked with moves for Odysseas Vlachodimos from Benfica.

A report via the UK Mirror revealed that although Vlachodimos is keen on a move to Old Trafford, the Red Devils might have to spend £51 million to sign him.

With Dean Henderson set to exit Old Trafford before deadline day, Ten Hag wants to bring in a deputy for Andre Onana, who they sighed from Inter Milan.

The Red Devils’ third-choice shot-stopper Tom Heaton is also currently out injured.

Recall that Onana conceded two goals as Man United lost 2-0 to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend in their second league game of the season.
