In a matter of months, Man Utd will be in the race for a new coach who would replace interim coach Ralf Rangnick permanently.

One of the popular coaches that have been named to take over at Old Trafford is Mauricio Pochettino, who was sacked at Tottenham Hotspurs and went on to join French side Paris Saint Germain.

While the Red Devils have lost interest in Pochettino after he joined PSG, it appears they now have a chance to sign him in a matter of months.

This comes as a report via Daily Mirror revealed that Manchester United could have the chance to secure Mauricio Pochettino as their next manager as early as March.

The report claimed that Pochettino’s future at Paris Saint-Germain now depends on their Champions League last-16 clash with Real Madrid.

This means if the French side drops out in the UEFA Champions League tournament, the Argentina international will be handed a sack letter.

It is well known that PSG is keen on lifting the UCL trophy, which is part of the reason they sign signed some of the best world stars to their squad.
