Man Utd blamed after win over Nottingham Forest

Former Manchester United goalkeeper, Peter Schmeichel has slammed his former club after their Premier League win over Nottingham Forest during the weekend.

The Red Devils stunned football lovers as they came from two goals down to secure a 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest in the match at Old Trafford.

So far, Man Utd have recorded two wins and one defeat in their first three Premier League games of the 2023-2024 season after Nottingham Forest’s game.

They lost 2-0 to Tottenham Hotspur but managed to defeat Wolves and Nottingham Forest 1-0 and 3-2, respectively at home.

Despite this, Schmeichel was unimpressed with his former club’s display at home, insisting that many things are not working in the team.

“That is two home games for Man Utd now, they have won them both but there are so many things not working.

“It is a good three points but you expect Man Utd to keep going and not to be hanging on at the end. It worries you a little bit,” Schmeichel told Premier League Productions.
