After Edouard Mendy’s departure, another Chelsea goalkeeper in Kepa Arrizabalaga seems to be the next in line to leave Stamford Bridge.

This comes as a report via Sport1 revealed German side Bayern Munich have opened talks with Chelsea over a potential deal for Kepa.

Bayern Munich have been in the race to sign a new number-one goalkeeper this summer after they sold Yann Sommer to Inter.

The German club goalkeeper Manuel Neuer is still not close to returning to action after breaking his leg last December.

While Bayern were willing to sign David Raya from Brentford, the goalkeeper is now closing in on moving to Arsenal.

Should Kepa agree to move to Bayern Munich, he could reunite with Chelsea’s former manager Thomas Tuchel, who coached him during his time at Chelsea.

The reports revealed Tuchel wants to reunite with Kepa at Bayern Munich and he has personally recommended the Spaniard to the club’s board.
