Former Manchester United star, Gary Neville has tipped former Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino Is favourite to replace Graham Potter at Chelsea.

According to Neville, Pochettino to is the best manager to replace Potter.

Recall that Potter was sacked by Blues co-owner Todd Boehly on Sunday, after a 2-0 loss to Aston Villa in the Premier League.

Following Potter’s sack, a few names have been linked with the job, including Julian Nagelsmann, who just got fired at German side Bayern Munich.

However, Neville believes Pochettino, who has an experience in the EPL would be the best fit.

“If they appoint Zidane, Enrique or Diego Simeone, they’re going to want to have another £300m as they won’t like some of the players they’ve previously signed.

“They’ve got to appoint a manager who is going to inherit and like the squad that they’ve got. – a lot of them are young – and I think that man is Mauricio Pochettino,” Neville told Sky Sports.
