Former Chelsea and now AS Roma striker, Tammy Abraham has opened up on his future in Italy amid interest from EPL side Arsenal.

Abraham in a statement said he is happy in the Seria A but refuses to rule out a possible return to the Premier League this summer

The English striker said: “You never know what the future holds,” with Arsenal showing interest in signing him.

Abraham completed a transfer to Roma from Chelsea in a deal worth a £34 million last summer and has been impressive for the Serie A side, scoring 27 goals in all competitions.

The former Chelsea forward also helped Jose Mourinho’s Roma become the first club to win the Europa Conference League on Wednesday night and qualify for the Europa League.

Discussing his future at Roma, Abraham told BT Sport: “I would say I’m more than happy here.

“So I’m happy here. You never know what the future holds, you can’t write about the future, but as far as it is, I’m satisfied.”

During his stay at Chelsea, Abraham scored 30 goals in 82 appearances but had to leave after the Blues signed Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan.
