Former Chelsea and now Bayern Munich manager, Thomas Tuchel has urged the German club to make a move for Manchester United captain, Bruno Fernandes during the upcoming transfer window.

Tuchel is likely to extend his stay at Bayern Munich on several conditions, one of which is signing the Portuguese midfielder.

Recall that Tuchel had announced in February his intention to leave the Allianz Arena at the end of the season.

However, it appears the former Chelsea boss will now remain in the Bundesliga for another season.

This comes as recent report revealed that Tuchel and Bayern Munich’s hierarchy are reconsidering another deal

There are speculations, Tuchel will be handed a one-year contract extension to remain at Allianz Arena.

A report via The Independent revealed Tuchel’s demands for a new contract include the signing of Fernandes from Manchester United.

Meanwhile, it is unlike the Red Devils will agree to any deal for Fernandes to leave as he happens to be one of their standout players this season amid their poor form.

Man Utd are ending the season at the eighth spot on the league table and would hope to make a come back next season.
