Chelsea forward Cole Palmer has penned an additional two-year contract extension with Chelsea, which means he will remain at Stamford Bridge until 2033.

Pamer signed the extension with the Premier League club on Tuesday.

The winger who arrived at Stamford Bridge from Manchester City in September last year emerged as one of the best players in the Premier League, scoring 22 goals for Chelsea, only behind Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.

This earned him a spot in England’s team where he scored for the Three Lions as a substitute in a 2-1 loss to Spain in the final in the recent Euro 24 in Germany.

His latest deal with Chelsea means he is now signed to the Blues for the next nine years, continuing with club’s new policy of tying down its young players to long-term deals.

Speaking about his new contract, Palmer in a statement via Chelsea official website said he achieved a lot in his first season with the Blues and hopefully he could continue to experience great things at the club, both on a personal level and in terms of bringing success and trophies to the West London side.

Meanwhile, Palmer made it to the six-man shortlist for the Professional Footballers’ Association player of the year.
