Chelsea’s focus under Maresca this season

Chelsea have been impressive this season unlike last season when they struggled under former manager Mauricio Pochettino.

The arrival of Enzo Maresca as their new manager and their new form this season has seen football fans tipping them to contend for a title.

In a recent Statement, Chelsea star Renato Veiga revealed what the West London club are working towards under Maresca’s guidance.

According to Veiga, the Blues’ main goal this season is to win cups as a team and he’s hoping he could help them achieve that objective.

The Portuguese star also spoke about his time with Chelsea so far and how proud he was to have signed for the London-based club.

Veiga in a statement on Chelsea’s official website said he is grateful to have joined the Blues and is trying to enjoy every bit of his time at Stamford Bridge.

He disclosed that it’s always a moment of pride to put the Blues shirt on for him.

“My parents told me to always try and do my best in every situation. That is exactly what I am doing now. I always want to be the best version of myself I can be,” he said.
