Chelsea vs Man Utd: Thomas Tuchel speaks

Ahead of the Sunday clash at Stamford Bridge between Man Utd vs Chelsea in the Premiwe League, the Blues manager, Thomas Tuchel has reacted to the match.

Tuchel in a statement on Friday stressed that the Red Devils is a strong team and want to hurt Chelsea.

The German tactician who faced Man Utd during his days at the French side, PSG, said the Red Devils are known for wanting to have space, counter-attack and use their speed to absorb their opponent.

Chelsea will head to the game with a big boost after their recent win over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League which ended 1-0 during the week.

“It helps if you know the style, the strengths and weaknesses. We have a pretty good impression of the style they [Manchester United] play and the spaces they want to hurt us, and their strengths individually and as a group. That helps to prepare,” Tuchel told Chelsea’s official website.

He went on to hail the Red Devils squad as he described them as a strong team that can defend very compactly.

Tuchel will hope to maintain is undefeated run in the Premier League on Sunday to help Chelsea return to the top on the log table this season.
