Chelsea vs Everton: Possible prediction

Chelsea will on Thursday host Everton at Stamford Bridge for their clash in the English Premier League.

The Blues will head to the match after their narrow 3-2 win over Leeds United in the mid-week.

Chelsea will hope to solve the problems of conceding goals in their team ahead of their game vs the Toffees and expect to win all three points from the match.

Ahead of the game vs Everton, former Arsenal star and pundit Paul Merson has predicted a win for the Blues.

Speaking on the Chelsea vs Everton fixture, Merson told Sportskeeda, “I think this is an easy one to call, so I predict a 3-0 win for Chelsea. Everton are sitting ducks at the moment and I just don’t give them a chance.

“This is a horrible game for them and I can’t see anything other than a Chelsea win, so I think the home side will prevail.”

Chelsea are currently seated at the third spot on the EPL table, having dropped from the top of the table after their defeat to West Ham.
