Chelsea told to pay £66 million for this Nigerian star

The latest report has claimed that Chelsea have been told to pay £66 million to enable them to sign Napoli forward and Nigerian star Victor Osimhen.

This comes amidst reports that Romelu Lukaku could move to French Ligue 1 club Paris Saint Germain in the summer transfer window.

This rumour comes about the future of Romelu Lukaku at Chelsea comes after his controversial interview with Sky Italia was made public.

Since the Belgian is likely to leave in the summer, Chelsea are already hoping to sign a new forward, and one of there is Osimhen.

However, El Nacional have reported that Napoli’s Osimhen is being valued at £66m by his current club.

The 23-year-old Nigerian star is currently signed to the Italian outfit until 2025, and is why he is being valued so highly.

So far this season, Osimhen has scored five times in Serie A this season.

In another report, Chelsea will return to action on Wednesday when they face Tottenham Hotspur in the second leg of their EFL Cup semi-final, having defeated the Hotspurs in the first leg, which ended in a 2-0 scoreline.
