Chelsea summer signing hails Pochettino after scoring against Brighton

Chelsea summer signing Nicolas Jackson has applauded his new manager Mauricio Pochettino.

This comes as he was able to impress in the short amount of time for the Blues as he scored a goal during their weekend match vs Brighton which ended in a 4-3 scoreline.

Jackson in a statement described Pochettino as a good coach, who he had watched for years.

‘I like to link up and I have been learning to run the space so now I am very good at it. I am not perfect in everything but I can do it all,’ he said before sharing his initial thoughts on working under Mauricio Pochettino.

‘He is a fantastic coach, I watched him for many years now and I know he is a massive coach. He is one of the best in the world so I am very happy to work with him, and I hope we do amazing things together.’

Chelsea will now focus on their third pre-season game vs Newcastle scheduled for Wednesday 26 July.
