Chelsea star speaks ahead of game against Nottingham Forest, Man City

Chelsea midfielder Denis Zakaria could get a nod to play during their next game against Nottingham Forest on Sunday after his impressive form vs Bournemouth.

While Zakaria in a statement admitted the hectic schedule of matches on both the club and international stage was becoming increasingly tricky for players to manage, he tipped the Blues to win their next games.

Chelsea will make a trip to Nottingham Forest on Sunday, January 1 and then face Premier League champions Manchester City.

‘This year is a bit difficult for the players because we have a lot of games,’ Zakaria said.

‘But we are professional footballers and we love to play football so in the end we are happy to do it.

‘We know that we have a lot of games coming so we have do our best to win every one of them and we’re going to work all week to do that.’
