Chelsea, Newcastle, others in race for this midfielder

Danish club FC Nordsjaelland’s midfielder, Mario Dorgeles, has emerged as one of the players Chelsea are interested in signing.

The Blues have reportedly sent scouts to watch the 19-year-old.

A report via Chronicle Live disclosed that Arsenal, Newcastle and Monaco are also interested in the young midfielder’s signature.

Although Dorgeles may not come with a high price tag, the Blues will have to prioritize outgoing transfers, given their pre-tax loss of £90.1 million.

Chelsea are planning to bolster their squad in the summer transfer window as they continue to struggle under their new owner Todd Boehly.

The Blues currently led by Mauricio Pochettino currently sit in the 11th position on the Premier League table.
