Chelsea have allegedly rejected a proposal from Juventus which would have seen Jorginho join the Italian champions and Miralem Pjanic move the other way.

Juventus are keen on signing Chelsea midfielder Jorginho, who has scored multiple times in 37 appearances for Frank Lampard’s side during the 2019-20 season.

The Serie A giants offered Chelsea the opportunity to sign Miralem Pjanic as a major aspect of a trade for Jorginho, however the Premier League club turned down the methodology.

Barcelona are also interested in signing Miralem Pjanic, who has been unequivocally connected with a move away from Juventus recently regardless of still being a key player for the club.

Chelsea have already signed RB Leipzig for Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech from Ajax ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

The Blues have done early business and they are still in the chase to sign Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz and Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell.
