Chelsea are apparently planning to make peace with Mino Raiola in a bid to improve their chances of signing Erling Braut Haaland this summer.

The 20-year-old is perhaps the hottest properties available at the present time, and Chelsea are one of a few European superpowers expected to battle it out for his signature this summer.

The Norway international is represented by his dad Alf-Inge Haaland and famous super agent Mino Raiola, who has a cold relationship with Chelsea, however the club are apparently expecting to leave the past in the past as they hope to gain a sudden advantage over their rivals.

As indicated by The Athletic, Chelsea boss Marina Granovskaia is working to eliminate any confusion with Mino Raiola and ideally improve relations between the two parties, albeit that doesn’t ensure a move to Stamford Bridge for Haaland.

Mino Raiola oversaw the extended transfer saga of Romelu Lukaku in 2017, where the ex-Chelsea man was understood to be on verge of return to the capital prior to completing a very late move to Manchester United, which purportedly infuriated the Blues.

Manchester United and Manchester City are the other two Premier League clubs thought to be in the race for Erling Haaland, however the Red Devils are also worried about Raiola’s impact in negotiations.
