Chelsea decide on selling Broja

Chelsea are said to have taken the decision to sell Armado Broja in the ongoing January transfer window.

This comes amid interest for the Blues star from rival clubs like Wolves, Fulham and West Ham United.

A report via The Athletic’s David Ornstein revealed that the West London club are open to selling Broja if the right offer arrives for the Albanian.

Broja has struggled for game time at Stamford Bridge and Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is expected to sign a proven goalscorer either this January or in the summer.

So far this season, the 22-year-old footballer has started seven of 17 games across all competitions for the Blues, with two goals and one assist to his name.

He has been vying with Nicolas Jackson for a starting chance in the first squad under Pochettino.

Recall that Broja spent the 2021-22 campaign on loan at Southampton.
