Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has given an update on Callum Hudson-Odoi regards to his future at the club.

Hudson-Odoi is one player who did not feature much as he would have for the Blues this season.

So far, the English winger has played 28 times and has not made an appearance for the Blues since the FA Cup win at Luton in early March, owing to an Achilles problem.

Tuchel in a statement said Hudson-Odoi is back in individual training but he wouldn’t return to the Blues until the pre-season

‘He is still in individual training, progressing, but not in team training,’ updated Tuchel.

‘Like Ben Chilwell he will come earlier to pre-season, to start an individual program to be back on 2 July for team training.’

In another report, Chelsea will return to action in the EPL on Thursday where they will face Leicester City.
