Bundesliga forward Chelsea’s main target despite competition from top clubs

Chelsea are not relenting in their pursuit of Erling Haaland despite interest from other top clubs across European elite leagues.

This summer transfer window has brought the same tension the last few have been bringing with teams eager to strengthen their squad.

Chelsea won the UEFA Champions League last season and are willing to continue their dominance in Europe as well as fight for silverware in the league.

The London club have been linked with some players in Europe, but Erling Haaland remains the most prominent name connected with Chelsea.

Haaland has attracted interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Despite the long list of suitors, Haaland remains Chelsea’s primary target in the transfer window as Achraf Hakimi plans to join PSG rather than the blues.

According to Sky Italy reporter Angelo Mangiante, Hakimi has chosen PSG, and the deal will be confirmed very soon.

However, he was not on the number one list of players Chelsea want to sign this summer, with Haaland taking that spot due to his goalscoring exploits with Borussia Dortmund.

Chelsea will hope to bring in a new striker before the transfer window closes.
