Barcelona manager wants this Man Utd star
Amid the January transfer window, rumours of La Liga giants Barcelona considering moves to sign a player from the Premier League have emerged.
Recent reports claim Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has urged the club’s officials to make a move for Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
It is no longer news that Rashford has fallen out of favour in the Red Devils squad under manager Ruben Amorim and has been linked with moves to different clubs this January.
The English forward has not featured in Man United’s last seven matches across all competitions.
A reports via Spanish outlet SPORT revealed Flick is personally pushing to add Rashford to his Barcelona squad this January.
The Catalan manager is said to be keen on signing Rashford, as the Englishman is proficient both as a winger and a striker.
However, Barcelona are in for competition from the likes of AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, and Napoli who have also shown interest in Rashford.
While Rashford has not played in any league outside England during his career so far, he has expressed his desire to take on a new challenge which could include moving overseas.
We will have to wait to see the club Rashford will end up with.
