Arsenal’s move for Real Madrid playmaker Isco is set to be a fight between top teams in Europe and the London club will be beating off competition from six teams if they are to complete the signature.

Mikel Arteta is in the transfer market for an attacking playmaker as he hopes to revive Arsenal’s season which have not been impressive ever since the season started.

Though they’ve been able to win two matches consecutively, Arsenal are still lacking behind Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United on the league table.

With Isco currently going through a tough time at Real Madrid, the Spaniard have been linked with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu.

Arsenal have been monitoring his situation but according to Marca, the London club will have to battle Bayern Munich, Everton, Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan and Juventus who are also considering a move for the former Malaga youngster.

Isco’s existing deal at the Bernabeu is due to expire in June 2022 and all teams are eager to bring him to their club on loan before sorting out a permanent deal.

It is left to see if Arsenal have the financial capability to make the move become a reality.
