Agent reveals key factor in transfer decision of Chelsea’s top target

Mino Raiola, agent of Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Haaland has opened up on the main factor the talented forward will consider when he leaves Borussia Dortmund for another club.

Haaland is currently one of the best strikers in Europe and his form has caught the attention of top clubs across Europe.

The Norwegian striker is being courted by the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City, Barcelona and Chelsea who are willing to back their manager Thomas Tuchel during the transfer window.

There are reports that Dortmund have set Haaland’s asking price at around £150million and some Chelsea fans are worried club owner Roman Abrahimovic might not want to sanction such a deal.

However, Raiola during an interview with The Atletic noted that his transfer might not base on his transfer fee.

Raiola stated that he’s 100% convinced and everybody’s convinced that Haaland can move to any club, wherever he wants, already on this level.

He noted that Haaland could have done that last year but maybe last year there were still teams (saying), ’Oh, he was in Red Bull, can he do it in another club?.

However, Haaland is quicker than his prediction, so yeah, he is the talk of the town.

Raiola added that the financial package offered to Haaland by potential suitors will not be the key factor in the decision as to which club he will join.

Haaland has scored 49 goals in 49 appearances for Borussia Dortmund despite that he joined in January 2019 from Red Bull Salzburg.
