A former football star Darren Bent has advised Man Utd to go all out for Chelsea manager and Germany International Thomas Tuchel in the summer transfer window.

Tuchel has said he would remain at Stamford Bridge despite their ongoing ownership crisis at the club following sanctions placed on Russian Roman Abramovich.

There have been previous claims that Man Utd are eying the Blues manager for a permanent role in the summer and Bent said it would be a smart move.

He added that Tuchel is a different ball entirely to the likes of Erik Ten Hag and Mauricio Pochettino, who the Red Devils have been linked with.

“Tuchel is in a different bracket to Ten Hag and Pochettino!

“Tuchel looks loyal to Chelsea but if there’s an inkling that Manchester United could get him I’d go all-out to do that,” he said.

In a previous report, there have been claimed that Man Utd are hoping to sign Ten Hag from Ajax as their permanent coach who would replace Ralf Rangnick at the end of the season.
