Ahead of the summer transfer window, Italian club, AC Milan are reported to be planning to raid Stamford Bridge for three players.

The players are Olivier Giroud, Hakim Ziyech and Fikayo Tomori, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Recall that AC Milan despite not winning the Italian Seria A trophy qualified for the Champions League next season, the first time since the 2013/14 season.

And in order to have a successful outing in the UCL tournament next season, AC Milan are making moves to strengthen their squad by bringing in new players.

Of the three Chelsea players they are targeting, Tomori will be the easiest for them to sign as he is already having an impressive outing at San Siro on loan.

To sign him permanently, AC Milan will have to part ways with £25 million as the transfer fee.

In the case of Ziyech, the Moroccan has been linked with moves away from Chelsea over limited playing chances. He falls behind Mason Mount, Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic in the Blues squad.

With this, he would want to leave Stamford Bridge this summer if he gets an offer.

While Giroud recently agreed a new deal with Chelsea that would see him remain at Stamford Bridge for another year, the Italian side are keen on signing him to their squad.
