Arsenal’s rebuilding process has continued with the London club set to complete the signature of Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odegaard and Sheffield United goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.

Mikel Arteta saw his team lose their first match of the season to Brentford and has taken a bold step in the transfer window to change their fortune.

With the arrival of Odegaard and Ramsdale set to be announced in the next few hours, Arsenal could make three more signings before the summer transfer deadline.

The three new signing could involve some of their players leaving the club with Hector Bellerin on top of the list.

According to The Athletic, Arsenal are interested in Barcelona’s Emerson Royal and are ready to offer a swap deal that will involve Bellerin.

Emerson arrived in Barcelona from Real Betis but has failed to make an impact at Camp Nou.

Players that could also be making way is Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Both players are facing uncertain futures at Arsenal and Mikel Arteta has reportedly set his eyes on some few options that include Lille’s Jonathan David, Real Madrid’s Luka Jovic, Celtic’s Odsonne Edouard and Napoli’s Dries Mertens.
