Former Manchester United star, Paul Ince, has urged the club to make a move for another midfielder after they signed Mason Mount from Chelsea.

Ince in his statement advised the Red Devils to make a move for one of Arsenal’s midfielders Thomas Partey or Barcelona’s Franck Kessie.

According to Ince, Man United need to sign at least one more midfielder this summer after they welcomed Mount from Chelsea on Wednesday.

The Red Devils were previously linked with moves for West Ham’s star Declan Rice but dropped out of the race after they saw Arsenal leading, they are, however, in the race to sign Brighton’s Moises Caicedo, who is also linked with Chelsea.

Ince, however, urged his former club to go for  Partey or Kessie.

“Obviously, there is a lot of talk about Caicedo,” Ince told Betway.

“I like Franck Kessie at Barcelona. He is not getting enough game time.

“There is also talk about Thomas Partey leaving Arsenal. You think about the first six months of the season, Partey was absolutely fantastic.

“Jorginho came in and, for some reason, he stopped getting games. That is when Arsenal started losing and drawing games. I’d be looking at someone like him [Partey] or Kessie.”
