Arsenal are purportedly interested in signing Eintracht Frankfurt Andre Silva during this present summer’s transfer window.

The Portugal international enjoyed an amazing 2020-21 season for his Bundesliga club, scoring 29 times and contributing 10 assists in 34 appearances in all competitions.

As indicated by journalist Duncan Castles, Arsenal have effectively made it clear to the 25-year-old that they want to sign him ahead of next season.

However, Arsenal will purportedly need to sell Alexandre Lacazette in order to complete a deal for for Silva, who has also recently been connected with Manchester City and Manchester United.

Frankfurt are requesting £34.35m for the player. There is an assumption that that will not be achieved, and that they will be compelled to sell him for less money, Castles told the Transfer Window Podcast.

RB Leipzig surely don’t have any desire to pay that. The Gunners have expressed their interest and have done a ton of propriety work on this deal.

They have disclosed to Andre Silva that they need to sell before they can sign him. But, they need to do that deal. Furthermore, the player they have designated to sell is Alexandre Lacazette.
