Bundesliga star will cost Chelsea over £90m

Bayer Leverkusen are allegedly requesting in overabundance of £90m to consent to the offer of Kai Havertz.

Kai Havertz scored 12 goals and six assists in the Bundesliga this season, the 21-year-old is vigorously connected with a summer move to Stamford Bridge.

In any case, while it has been recommended that personal terms won’t be an issue, the Blues are yet to agree a fee for the Germany playmaker.

As per report, Bayer Leverkusen need to get £63m in advance, with another £27m due in add-ons during Kai Havertz’s stay at Stamford Bridge.

The deal seems like the one which saw Eden Hazard leave Chelsea for Real Madrid, with the Premier League outfit recently accepting a return on one of their clauses because of Los Blancos winning La Liga.

Chelsea are supposed to be the only club ready to meet Leverkusen’s valuation of their star man during the summer transfer window.

Kai Havertz move to Chelsea seems to a deal done already, as the 21-year-old have accepted personal terms to move to Stamford Bridge.
