Kai Havertz has made a decision to join Chelsea however Bayer Leverkusen need to postpone the transfer until the end of August, as indicated by reports in Germany.

Frank Lampard’s side have been in pole position to sign the talented youngster, who has just told Leverkusen toward the end of the Bundesliga season that he needs to leave this summer.
