Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is planning to be in charge when the Red Devils take on Brentford in their next Premier League outing after the international break.

It is no longer news that Ten Hag’s future is in doubt especially after a seven-hour meeting of Man United’s executives in London on Tuesday.

The main point of discussion during the meeting was the team’s performance and the Ten Hag’s management.

While several fans are hoping Ten Hag is replaced as soon as possible, the manager has turned his attention to their next game.

Man United will host Thomas Frank and his Brighton side at Old Trafford in their first match after the October international break.

A report via the UK Mirror revealed that sources close to Ten Hag stressed that the former Ajax manager is focused on preparing for that game.

With no club football for the next few days, Ten Hag has embarked on holiday, but plans to return to work early next week to commence preparation for the Brentford game.

The Dutchman and Man Utd will hope to bounce back with a win as another defeat or draw against Brentford could spell soon for Ten Hag.
