Ukraine star tipped to be best player at Chelsea next season

Former Arsenal and Manchester City star Gael Clichy has tipped Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk to impress next season for the Blues.

Clichy claims Mudryk would be so good he would become best player in his position next season in the Premier League.

The Ukraine like a number of Chelsea players are ending their first full season at Stamford Bridge.

Mudryk scored only seven goals following a series of inconsistent performances for Chelsea this season.

Recall that the Ukrainian moved to the west London club from Shakhtar Donetsk in a deal worth around £88 million in January 2023.

Chelsea splashed the millions on him to beat off competition from Arsenal, who were also in the race to sign him.

Clinch while speaking with Ladbrokes Fanzone said he would not be surprised if Mudryk comes out next season and becomes the best winger in the Premier League.

According to the former football star, the Ukraine star has all of the attributes expected of a winger.

Meanwhile, Pochettino might sell some Chelsea players this summer and hopefully Mudryk might not end up on the list.

The Blues would be hoping to compete for the Premier League title next season.
