Chelsea linked with moves for Gent player

Ahead of the commencement of the summer transfer window, Chelsea have been linked with moves for new players they can sign to boost their team against next season.

One of the players on Chelsea’s target list is Gift Orban, who has been a subject of interest from other EPL clubs.

A report via Belgian news outlet, Voebalkrant revealed the Blues want to sign the young striker and loan him to another club.

Recall that Orban signed a deal with Belgian Pro League outfit, KAA Gent from Norwegian second-division club, Staebek in January.

The 20-year-old has been impressive scoring 19 goals in 19 matches across all competitions for Gent since his arrival at the club.

His goal includes three hat-tricks in the league and UEFA Europa Conference League.

Aside from Chelsea, EPL rivals Manchester United, other European clubs like Inter Milan, Borussia Dortmund, and Sevilla are all said to be interested in the forward.
