Former Brighton manager speaks about the changes in his life at Chelsea

Chelsea manager Graham Potter arrived at the club in September as a replacement for Thomas Tuchel, who was unexpectedly sacked by the club owner Todd Boehly.

Potter’s appointment at Chelsea has further put him in the spotlight and the manager, who is not one to grab the limelight, admitted some aspects of his personal life had changed since he took the job.

‘I’ve probably realised I can’t go out as much. I’m a bit more high profile, but that’s fine, I’m busy anyway. I have no life; I just come to the training ground and try and prepare football matches!

‘My face unfortunately is too often on the television. I don’t like seeing myself on telly, I get sweaty palms. I would rather go to the dentist! It is what it is.’

In another report, Potter will lead Chelsea to an away game against Aston Villa this weekend in the EPL.
