Chelsea defender reportedly agrees four deal with Juventus
The latest report has claimed that Chelsea defender and Germany international Antonio Rudiger has agreed to a four year deal with Italian side Juventus.
This comes as Rudiger’s contract with Chelsea will expire at the end of the season, and owing to the current sanction imposed on the club, they cannot offer him an extension.
Before the sanction, Rudiger had been was send to be planning to sign an extension at Stamford Bridge, where he has become a key player.
He has been linked with transfers to the likes of Newcastle, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, but he has now reportedly agreed to sign for Old Ladies.
That is according to Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport, who said the 29-year-old had said ‘yes’ to a move to Serie A giants.
The report added that Rudiger ‘will sign a four-year deal’ with Juventus as he prefers them over both Spanish side Real Madrid and German club Bayern Munich, and he will earn around £5.4m per season.
