In the past few days, there have been reports of Belgian striker Eden Hazard making a return to Chelsea after struggling to perform at Real Madrid.

However, a new report via ESPN has revealed that the Los Blancos are considering a swap deal that could see Hazard move to Liverpool while Egypt international Mo Salah would move the other way round.

The reports revealed that the Spanish giants have great admiration for Salah, who is still involved in a contract standoff with the Reds.

Real Madrid are said to planning to tempt the Reds with a player-plus-cash swap deal involving former Chelsea forward Eden Hazard.

Hazard, who joined the Los Blancos from Chelsea in 2019, has failed to impress in the Spanish La Liga.

The Belgian in the first two seasons of his arrival at Real Madrid battled with injuries, and he has become an irregular player this season.

So far this season, the former Chelsea talisman is yet to score a goal for Real Madrid.

The report from Spain claims Madrid are willing to let Hazard leave have eyes on Salah as a possible replacement.

It is uncertain Liverpool will allow one of the most in-form players in their team to leave.

So far this season, the Egyptian forward has scored nine goals in nine appearances
