Former Chelsea coach and Italy international Antonio Conte has revealed when he would return to club management.

The reports revealed that Conte would return to coaching football clubs next season.

This was also confirmed by reputable Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romanco.

According to Romano in a post via his Twitter handle, he revealed that Conte is open to a “new project”.

He tweeted: “Antonio Conte is currently planning to be back next season with a new project if nothing big happens with top club official calls.”

Recall that Conte was coach at Chelsea in 2017 and won the Premier League title that year and also won the FA Cup in 2018.

After he left Stamford Bridge, he moved to Seria A club, Inter Milan, where he led them to their first Serie A title in 11 years last summer.

He, however, unexpected announced his departure away from the club last season and has been out of job since then.

At some point in the summer, Conte was linked with moves to Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal but not materialised.

We would have to wait till next season to see the clubs that would make moves for him.
