England manager compares three lions attacking balance to Chelsea style

Thomas Tuchel has brought a new style to the Premier League and this has been having positive effect in the team.

This style of play won the blues the prestigious Champions League trophy last season and it has kept them on course for a good season this time around.

However, Chelsea are not the only affected by this style of play as England manager Gareth Southgate believes his team attack should be compared to that of Chelsea.

Speaking to the press ahead of England’s world cup qualifier, Southgate stated that he’s always looking at Chelsea who are the Champions League winners who play three attacking players.

He noted that Liverpool also play three attacking players normally before asking what is required to win football matches at the very highest level.

Southgate insisted that most teams will get four in if they played two wide players, a 10 and a nine, or three forwards and an attacking eight.
But, he has not seen too many teams in world football who win things played with five attacking players who have no tactical discipline or who have no balance to the team, so of course he understand people want to see exciting players.

However, England’s our goalscoring record is pretty strong compared to other nations not forgetting that they play good football.
