Man City coach, Pep Guardiola has revealed his next course of action following his side loss to Chelsea in the Uefa Champions League.

Recall that the Citizens lost an opportunity to lift the UCL trophy for the first time after they lost to the Blues in the final on Saturday in a game that ended in a 1-0 scoreline.

Chelsea got the winning goal in the first half after Kai Havetz found the back of the net.

Speaking in a post-match statement, Guardiola revealed his next action is to focus on his family as he plans to spend some time with them after being away for a long time.

He added that after that he would return to work out ways to improve the club.

Guardiola said: “We arrived in the final of the Champions League, for us it was really good, we won the Premier League again and we competed incredibly well throughout the whole season.

Now, I want to go home with my family, for a long time I didn’t see them, take a break for one or two weeks and after, we start thinking about the club and what is best for the club in the next years and that is what we are trying to do.”
