Chelsea could raid Liverpool for Salah

Ahead of the summer transfer, Chelsea coach, Thomas Tuchel has started drawing the list of players he can sign to his squad ahead of next season.

The report revealed that Tuchel has drawn a three-man list of players he could sign.

And one of the players on the list, Liverpool forward and Egypt international, Mohammed Salah.

Salah has been linked with moves away from Liverpool since last December after he listed Spanish clubs, Real Madrid and Barcelona as clubs he would love to join.

With Chelsea looking tough under Tuchel, Salah may as well consider a move to Stamford Bridge.

According to German outlet Bild, Tuchel is keen on reinforcing his attacking options ahead of next season, and Salah makes up part of a three-man shortlist, which also consists of Inter Milan’s Romelu Lukaku and Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland.

Recall that Salah joined Chelsea from Basel in January 2014 for £11million, however, he later moved to Fiorentina and then AS Roma on loan.

His switch to Roma was made permanent for £13million in 2016, but a year later, he moved back to the EPL where he joined Liverpool for £34million.

Salah since joining the Reds has scored 123 goals in 198 games so far.

The forward is expected to cost over £90million.

It is however unlikely that the Reds would allow Salah to move to Chelsea.

We will have to wait till the summer window to see if Chelsea will submit an offer.
