Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has given an update on the club’s inured players ahead of Premier League match vs Sheffield United.

According to Ten Hag, the duo of Marcus Rashford and Scott McTominay might be unavailable for the game, following knocks they sustained during Sunday’s win against Coventry City at Wembley.

Alejandro Garnacho was also substituted over a fitness concern along with captain Bruno Fernandes during the match.

However, both Fernandes and Garnacho are expected to be fit for the game.

“We had a problem with Garnacho so that’s why we took him off, but he will be fine,” Ten Hag said.

“McTominay we have to assess but is doubtful, Rashford is doubtful as well. There was also an issue with Bruno, but I think he can make it.”

Meanwhile, Man Utd would hope to maintain their win against Coventry City, by picking all three points against Sheffield United when they meet on Wednesday.
