Chelsea star and Argentina international Enzo Fernandez, who recently joined the Blues from Benfica has opened up on his experience settling down in the Premier League.

Fernandez in an interview via the club’s official website described the English Premier League as a tough one as he compared it with the Portuguese League.

According to the Argentine, the game is more faster and physical in the EPL.

He said: “It’s a very tough league. I am coming from the Portuguese League where sometimes you play more with the ball.

“Here the game is faster and more physical so I am adapting step by step. I know it is going to take time but I have the support from my teammates and the coaching staff so I can adapt quicker and better here.”

Fernandez also spoke on his style of play as he said: “I describe myself as with the characteristics to always have the ball, always play nice football, building up with passes.”

“I like this type of football, keeping the possession, building up the game with passes and then attacking the spaces,” he added.
