Chelsea boss Frank Lampard purportedly needs to make two additional signings subsequent to signing German playmaker Kai Havertz.

Kai Havertz has signed a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge subsequent to signing from Bayer Leverkusen in a deal accepted to be worth £71m.

Chelsea have been amazingly dynamic in the transfer market and Kai Havertz joins a ritzy list of summer arrivals which includes Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva and Malang Sarr.

Presently, report asserts that Frank Lampard has set sight on two additional signings with the 2020-21 Premier League season set to commence one weekend from now.

The report proposes that the Blues are hoping to support their defence further, with West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice and Rennes goalkeeper Edouard Mendy on Frank Lampard’s wishlist.

Edouard Mendy would allegedly fee around £30m, while West Ham are accepted to value Declan Rice in abundance of £70m.
