Tottenham Ready to Go All Out to Beat Arsenal in Blockbuster Striker Race
Spurs have already been among the Premier League’s biggest spenders this summer, but their recruitment drive appears far from over.
Following a disappointing campaign that saw the club struggle near the bottom end of the table, Tottenham have moved aggressively to rebuild their squad under Roberto De Zerbi.
The North London side began by securing experienced defenders Andy Robertson and Marcos Senesi on free transfers before investing heavily in several high-profile signings. Brighton centre-back Jan Paul van Hecke, West Ham midfielder Mateus Fernandes and Italy international Sandro Tonali have all arrived, with the latter joining from Newcastle United in a club-record deal reportedly worth £100 million.
Despite that significant outlay, Tottenham are still eager to strengthen their attacking options and have identified Bournemouth’s Eli Junior Kroupi as a priority target. The young forward has attracted widespread interest thanks to his impressive performances and immense potential, with Arsenal also monitoring his situation closely.
Reports suggest Tottenham are prepared to “go all out” to secure Kroupi’s signature, highlighting just how highly the club rates the talented striker. Spurs are determined not to lose out to their North London rivals and are expected to make a strong push if negotiations gather pace.
If completed, the move would represent another major statement of intent from Tottenham as they continue reshaping their squad with the aim of returning to the top end of English football and competing for major honours next season.
