Arsenal Transfer Plans Dented as Juventus Refuse to Sell Rising Star

Arsenal’s hopes of securing a summer move for Juventus star Kenan Yildiz have reportedly suffered a major setback, despite earlier indications that the Turkish international was open to the idea of joining the Premier League champions.

The Gunners are expected to strengthen their attacking options during the transfer window as Mikel Arteta looks to build on the club’s successful 2025/26 campaign. After finally ending their long wait for a Premier League title, Arsenal remain determined to improve key areas of the squad ahead of the new season.

Several attacking players have been linked with a move to the Emirates in recent weeks. Young talents such as Jeremy Monga and Christos Tzolis have been mentioned as potential targets, while Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers is also believed to be high on Arsenal’s shortlist. Reports have suggested that Rogers views Arsenal as his preferred destination should he leave Villa Park this summer.

However, Yildiz has long been regarded as one of Arsenal’s most exciting transfer possibilities. The Juventus forward has attracted widespread attention across Europe following his impressive performances in Serie A, with some reports even describing him as Arteta’s dream signing.

Despite speculation surrounding a possible move, fresh reports suggest Juventus are no longer willing to entertain offers for the 21-year-old attacker. The Italian giants are understood to view Yildiz as a key part of their long-term project and are determined to keep him in Turin.

As a result, Arsenal may now be forced to explore alternative attacking targets as they continue preparations for another title challenge.
