Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson was among the Premier League players who left their clubs on the summer transfer deadline.

This comes as Jackson joined Bayern Munich on a loan transfer, with the German club having an obligation to buy him for £56.2m if he makes a set number of appearances.

Bayern paid an initial £14.3m to sign the 24-year-old on loan for the rest of the 2025-26 season.

According to the report, personal agreement have been reached for a future five-year permanent deal for Jackson.

The Senegalese arrived at Stamford Bridge from Villarreal in a deal worth £32m in 2023. He scored 30 goals in 81 games for the Blues.

“I’m really happy to now be part of this great club. “Bayern is one of the best clubs in the world,” Jackson said as he joined Bayern Munich temporarily.

Recall that Jackson was an automatic starter for Chelsea until his red card at St James’s Park in April,  his second dismissal of the season, which left the club without a striker as they were competed for a place in the Champions League.
