Chelsea set Nkunku’s transfer price amid links to Bayern Munich
Chelsea are set to be ready to part ways with one their forwards Christopher Nkunku amid reports linking him to German side Bayern Munich.
Although Nkunku has impressed for the Blues this season, scoring 13 goals in all competitions, but he has been limited largely to cup competitions.
With just 390 minutes of Premier League to his name, the France star has been heavily linked with a transfer away from the Blues to clubs were he assured of first team game time.
Bayern Munich have since emerged as the clubs interested in signing the attacker, which could make it his second stint in the Bundesliga, having previously impressed at RB Leipzig.
Popular transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in a tweet via X disclosed that the Blues chiefs have decided how much Bayern will need to pay to sign the France international.
According to Romano, the Blues will accept a €70m (£58.98m) package for the 27-year-old, an increase on the £52m that they paid in 2023.
With Nkunku ready to move to the Allianz Arena, the West London side seemingly hope that it will lure Bayern into agreeing to their valuation.
Nkunku’s current record in the Bundesliga include 47 goals and 43 assists in 119 outings.
However, it remains unclear if he would earn regular starts in Bayern side.
