EPL: Nottingham Forest star hopes to striker Chelsea twice
Nottingham Forest star Anthony Elanga has sent a warning to Chelsea side led by Enzo Maresca ahead of their face off in the Premier League on Sunday.
Elanga will hope to head to the international break with a goal against the Blues this weekend.
Recall that the former Manchester United winger scored his first goal for Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge last season in a shock 1-0 victory under former manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Elanga in a statement with BBC Radio Nottingham ahead of Forest’s trip to west London is hoping they can come to Stamford Bridge and win again under Maresca.
The winger believes Forest have the players to help them beat the Blues.
Elanga also admitted that Chelsea have had a good start to their season, with Cole Palmer in top form.
The winger who was with Palmer at Manchester City during their academy days described the Blues star as a special player and one to look out for.
He also made mention of players like Nicolas Jackson, Noni Madueke and a his former Man Utd teammate Jadon Sancho among those who have had a good start to the season under their new boss Maresca.
Chelsea on the other hand will hope to retain their spot in the top four by defeat Forest on Sunday.
